The house sleeps up to 10-12 consisting of:

- 1 queen (or king single adjustable bed) master bedroom with accessible ensuite
- 1 queen bedroom
- 1 double bedroom
- 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) bedroom, and
- 1 queen sofa bed (can convert front living room into bedroom).

Absolutely! The house sleeps up to 10-12 people, including 2 sets of bunk beds, open plan living, two living spaces, Wifi and 50” Smart TV, toys, board games, large outdoor covered decking, large outdoor garden, cubby house, mini-cricket pitch, close to beach and shopping areas/ town centre.

The nearest beach and playground is ‘Whites Beach’ within walking distance (750m, 9min walk). There is a playground (Flying fox, Swing, BBQ) with a track down to the beach (Not wheelchair accessible).

It is also a short walk to access Torquay Esplanade which continues along the foreshore past the town centre. Other key beaches and sections along Esplanade include:

- Sun Dial (1000m, 15min walk),
- Fishermans beach/ café / roof-top bar/ boat ramp / wheelchair accessible beach matting (1.8km, 22min walk or short drive),
- Torquay Playground (2.2km, 26min walk or short drive)
- Cosy Corner beach (3km, 35min walk or short drive)
- Torquay Surf Beach (4km, 50min walk or short drive)

The nearest shops are either Lochard Drive Convenience Store (850m, 10min walk) or Dunes Village (includes Woolworths, Bakers Delight, Café, Wine bar, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Service Station) (1.3km, 15min walk or short drive).

Other shopping areas include:

- Salty dog café / roof-top bar (Fishermans beach) (1.8km, 22min walk or short drive),
- Town Centre & Foreshore Restaurants (2.3km, 28min walk or short drive)
- Surf Shops (2.6km)
- Bell St Shops (includes Torquay Hotel, Brewery, Restaurants) (3.3km)

All linen and general household items are provided. You can arrive knowing all you need to do is bring your personal items with you and have a relaxing getaway!

The following equipment is available (on request): Ceiling hoist (Main bedroom) Electric adjustable king single bed, Overhead bed pole, Bed side-rails, Foam pressure relieving mattress, Mobile floor hoist, mobile shower commode, Over toilet frame, Over bed table, Shower stool, Shower chair. The master bedroom is specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility (90cm door width and ensuite bathroom). Another 2 bedrooms are wheelchair accessible with reduced door widths. The front living room can also be converted into an accessible bedroom (90cm minimum door width). All bedrooms and areas of the home are step-free (level access).
